Sharm started in Speaker Bureau land back in 2007. Without knowing it her first career at Flight Centre NZ set her up for the speaking industry, growing her passion for people, travel, education and leadership. Becoming the Flight Centres youngest area leader at that time. As the speaking industry is all about people too she immediately felt at home when she discovered it. In all honesty she didn’t even know that Speaker Bureaus existed, so she definitely had a lot to learn, and is glad she stuck with it!
In Sharm’s opinion, experience matters, particularly now as the world is so fast and there is endless amounts of information at our fingertips. She likes to bring a fresh eye and expertise to take any risk out of booking talent and make the exact right match,whilst making it an enjoyable and easy process for clients and speakers.
On a personal note anyone who knows Sharm, or has seen her Instagram account, knows she is equally obsessed with dogs and her fur baby Moose is the apple of her eye!
Lisa has many years of experience in organising events and speaking engagements having worked in the conference departments of various resorts, hotels and corporate speaking agencies. Lisa has a logistics background and attention to the finer details is her strength. Lisa loves working with inspiring and motivational people and enjoys keeping up to date with current affairs/issues. Outside of work, Lisa is a mum to 2 creative young men, a wife to her supportive husband and loves keeping fit by swimming, coastal walks & yoga.
Ashley’s love for finance started in her undergrad. Since she was 18 she has worked with multiple companies specialising in financial reporting, efficiencies, business strategy and leadership. One of Ashley’s biggest passions is to make numbers tell a story and to lead by example. Since joining Inspire Speakers she has fallen in love with the people and its purpose. Outside of work, she loves new challenges and playing sport, especially soccer.
Keith went to his first conference in 1997 and loved it. After convincing the conference organiser to give him a job (he was 19, but looked 14) he has been involved in the industry ever since. He has seen, met, promoted and represented thousands of the worlds top speakers. Keith started Inspire Speakers in 2014 and is proud of his colleagues, clients and the speakers he gets to work with everyday. Outside Inspire Speakers, he loves coaching and playing soccer.
Keith is at the forefront of emerging talent and always matches the right talent with the audience perfectly. An absolute pleasure to work with, a true professional and a man that expresses passion for his clients. The absolute best! I can’t thank him enough.
