When I embarked on my gender transition 10 years ago, I was clueless about what lay ahead. It wasn't as simple as setting goals and taking massive action; it was a daunting, uncharted journey. Desperate for guidance, I searched for answers but came up empty-handed. I realised I was alone in this, solely responsible for my own outcomes. So, I grabbed a blank notebook, and crafted a survival guide, drawing from my past successes and failures. I finally found a way out of the chaos, preserving my sanity.

Now, 10 years later, I not only rely on these same tools that saw me through tough times, I also teach others to harness them for dealing with conflict resolution, resilience in chaos, and leadership through personal transformations.
