Leanne Faraday-Brash FAPS FCOP FAHRI FAIM is an award winning speaker, trainer, coach, facilitator and media commentator. She is an accredited virtual e-speaker.

Having just been named Australia’s Educator of the Year 2022, Leanne has been inducted into the Professional Speakers Hall of Fame.

Her clients include Thomson Reuters, Nike, Standard and Poors, AIA, Carlton Football Club, HESTA, Mercedes-Benz, Ixom and NetApp. She has presented on six continents and all over Australia.

She is known for her engaging, humorous, provocative and inspiring delivery, even on the toughest topics.

Her Practice
Leanne is an organisational psychologist and Principal of Brash Consulting founded in 1996. At Brash, we practise at the intersection of Organisation Development (values & culture, leadership development, high performing teams) Organisational Psychology (conflict resolution, resilience and wellbeing), and “Workplace Justice” (Equal Opportunity, ethics, bullying and (sexual) harassment. The work Leanne does in conflict resolution and EEO is as much about peacebuilding (one person and one course at a time) as it is about anything else.

Leanne is the Head of the Media Panel for the College of Organisational Psychologists (COP). Her ‘voice’ and Opinion pieces have been featured in The Age, The Financial Review, Boss magazine, the Sydney Morning Herald, the New Daily, the Courier Mail and more. Leanne is a thought leader in the areas of culture, ethics, corporate “scandal handle”, leadership, strategic influence (including non-verbal behaviour) and conflict.
