Leanne is an organisational psychologist and Principal of Brash Consulting founded in 1996. At Brash, we practise at the intersection of Organisation Development (values & culture, leadership development, high performing teams) Organisational Psychology (conflict resolution, resilience and wellbeing), and “Workplace Justice” (Equal Opportunity, ethics, bullying and (sexual) harassment. The work Leanne does in conflict resolution and EEO is as much about peacebuilding (one person and one course at a time) as it is about anything else.

Leanne is the Head of the Media Panel for the College of Organisational Psychologists (COP).
